With fr.Predrag, parish priest served Michael the priest of the Greek Orthodox Church from Nelson and o. Nikolai, a priest of the Romanian Orthodox Church from Welington. The Holy Liturgy, attended by a large number of children and faithful people and guests from the sister churches, served in Serbian, Greek, Romanian and English. After the slicing of the slavic bread this year the host of the celebration, the Lovric family handed over a quarter of Slavic cakes to the host of the celebration for the next Mr. Jovan Bajic. From the amvon a message was sent about the importance of staying on the holy road and cultivating tradition, language and script that we as the most precious pearl brought with us leaving our fhomeland. In the sequel, choir Vox Serbica sang a block of songs from our area and then served a luncheon. As part of works on renovatin and beautification of buildings on the property, and on the occasion of the temple celebration, a sunny clock on the church hall, the first vertical on the whole of New Zealand, was installed.
